Woozy Moo - A Fight for a Better World Grant: What We Fund
We support organizations worldwide addressing issues in social inequalities and injustices. We value organizations that are passionate and apply high-impact and cost-effective measures in their activities.
Social inequalities/injustices can include but not limited to the marginalization of select populations (LGBTQI, people of color, women/girls, the aging, refugees, indigenous people, etc.).
We only fund organizations in direct service or advoacy work.
Funds may be used for general organization support or for a project.
We support any public charity—U.S. based or non-U.S. based. However, if you are U.S.-based, you must be classified under the 501 (c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. We define US-based as your head office being physically located in the United States of America.
The activities we support through our grants must be charitable, educational, or scientific as defined under the appropriate provisions of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations. The activities must not violate the U.S. tax code or anti-terrorism laws. We take every possible measure to fulfill our responsibilities as a U.S. tax-exempt charitable organization.
We do not fund:
- Activities that exclusively serve religious purposes
- For-profit organizations
